Does anyone know how to cure bad acne? maybe with household ingredients?

hey i was wondering the best way to cure bad acne. I wash my face morning and night. and then i use seabreeze. the seabreeze helps alot but i still have bad acne.
i wash my face morning and night, and then use seabreeze. but i still have acne. by household ingredients i ment like honey because ive heard that if u put it on a bandaid and then put the bandaid on the irritated area it will help.
is that true?
